2. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (“Law”) and the Distance Sales Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Packoala website [www.packoala.com] (“Website”), including their specifications and sale price.
3. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sale price, and payment details of the products ordered by the Buyer are as follows:

4. DURATION AND TERMS OF PERFORMANCE

4.3. The Seller is responsible for delivering the ordered products completely, in accordance with the specifications in the order, and with the necessary warranty certificates and user manuals, if applicable.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via a durable data carrier within this period.
5.3. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
5.4. Once the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
• Products that are custom-made according to the Buyer’s special requests or personal needs.
• Perishable goods or products that may expire quickly.
• Products that, once opened, are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement before placing an order.
7.2. The Seller is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes, internet outages, etc.). In such cases, the obligations may be postponed or canceled.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in the Buyer’s place of residence or the Seller’s headquarters.
9. ENFORCEMENT
This Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer’s electronic approval.
