1. Shipping Time and Processing Process
• Order Processing Time: Your orders are prepared and delivered to the cargo within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery Time:
• Within Istanbul: 1-3 business days
• Turkey-wide: 2-5 business days
• Delivery time may vary during campaign periods and public holidays.
2. Shipping Fees (within Turkey)
• Shipping is FREE for purchases of 1500 TL and above.
• There is no payment option at the door.
3. Cargo Tracking
• When your order is shipped, you will be sent an e-mail or SMS with a shipping tracking number.

4. Damaged or Missing Products
• When your order reaches you, check your package before receiving it.
• For damaged or missing products in the cargo, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
• You can request a quick solution from our support team by sharing photos of damaged products and your order number.
5. Cargo Companies
• We ship with reliable cargo companies with which we have contracted in orders within Turkey. The company to which your order was sent will be specified in the order confirmation e-mail.
